About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Brand Assistant to support the development and execution of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who is passionate about branding, communications, and creating consistent brand experiences. You will work closely with the brand, marketing, and creative teams to ensure all brand activity aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns across digital, social, and promotional channels
  • Assist with content coordination and ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Help maintain brand guidelines, assets, and documentation
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support event marketing, brand activations, and promotional initiatives
  • Assist with monitoring brand performance and preparing reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the brand team

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong interest in branding, marketing, and communications
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a team
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is desirable
  • No previous branding or marketing experience required, full training provided
