Revive Lifestyle Fitness is a premier small group fitness studio looking for an enthusiastic individual that can lead and manage our team of experienced coaches. This candidate should also be an inspiring trainer that has a strong understanding of exercise theory/prescription with personal training while being able to motivate a group.

Position Summary

The fitness manager will play an active role in studio sales/operations (40%) as well as coach our group/personal training programs (60%).

Revive Lifestyle Fitness Studio Manager Responsibilities

  • Works to build club membership
  • Identifies opportunities & drives total club revenue
  • Assist in workout programming
  • Coordination of operations with our front desk lead
  • Internal Coach Development/Training
  • Ensure club is staffed appropriately and trained up to our standards
  • Engage members on daily basis to ensure member satisfaction
  • Member issue escalation
  • Coordinate posts on Facebook and social media
  • Deploy and support club level member engagement activities eg. referral programs, challenges, offers, seminars, member focused events etc.
  • Conducts 1on1 consultations and sales calls
  • Participate and/or facilitate community marketing events (ie. trade shows)
  • Active outreach via phone calls/emails and prospecting
  • Scheduling- creating schedules that are based on utilization as well as availability.
  • Build relationships and provide exceptional client care through member retention practices
  • Have a baseline understanding of nutrition and help apply simple principles to our members

Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a personal trainer and/or group fitness instructor
  • Diploma or degree in personal training or related field
  • Experience in a management/leadership role
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Follow and deliver predesigned programs with energy and passion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Positive mindset
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Experience training various age groups
  • Asset: AFLCA – PT and group certifications. Precision Nutrition level 1. TRX and kettlebell certification(s)
  • Experience coaching in a small group and personal training environment
  • Dedication to continued learning and growth
  • Open to working evening/weekends

This is a Full-Time Position with option to bonus based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
