Key Responsibilities
- Build Microsoft Word templates with styles according to client formatting requirements.
- Transfer content into new templates and format documents for consistency and professionalism.
- Check spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Apply advanced Word features, create tables, and ensure polished document presentation.
- Organize, store, and update files on SharePoint.
- Work closely with project teams to meet tight submission deadlines.
- Handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities quickly.
What You Need to Succeed
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (template creation, styles, formatting).
- Fast and accurate word processing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
- Bonus: Experience with Adobe Professional for PDF compilation and a background in construction/engineering.
