Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor at our Kitimat, BC location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $ 22.75 on a 37.5-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.
Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:
- Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
- Be provided with a training plan to ensure you're fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond

As a Trainee - Insurance Advisor, you're empowered to develop your career in insurance by learning how to promote and educate clients on Insurance products. You'll also practice anticipating and interpreting client needs, as well as completing various insurance transactions.
