During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Develop project plans, milestones, glide paths and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate project activities for key operational initiatives that will impact all manufacturing sites across North America.
  • Drive milestones and support the managing of project stakeholders.
  • Craft clear communications to deliver key messages, using various mediums.
  • Establish a mechanism for feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Support the coordination of learning program logistics and manage training evidence.
  • Facilitate recurring team and project meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Support team engagement activities using creative tools.
  • Advise on the use of AI, emerging, and established technologies to drive business agility and transformation

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Microsoft Office 365 tools and AI capabilities
  • Communication and facilitation skills
  • Adaptability in various cultures and languages
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques and tools

  • You have superior speaking and written skills in English (French and Spanish is an asset)
  • You are able to work onsite 2-3 days per week

  • Flexible workplace-Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
