Client is seeking a
highly skilled IT Technical Lead
to architect and implement its
next-generation entitlement management system
for software and services.

This role involves
designing scalable enterprise solutions
,
leading cross-functional teams
, and driving integration of entitlement management systems with enterprise IT platforms — enabling Agilent's
B2B software licensing and monetization strategy
.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement enterprise-grade entitlement and license management systems.
  • Collaborate with global software product and business teams to design B2B monetization models.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery aligned with IT architecture and compliance standards.
  • Integrate licensing systems with backend ERP and IT platforms.
  • Communicate technical vision effectively across global teams.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent (6–8+ years of experience).
  • Strong foundation in algorithms, enterprise IT design, and solution architecture.
  • Expertise in
    NodeJS / Python
    ,
    AWS (IAM, API Gateway, caching, storage)
    , and
    ERP integrations
    .
  • Proven experience as a
    Technical Lead
    for mid-to-large teams.
  • Knowledge of
    data privacy frameworks (GDPR, PII, CFR)
    .
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Interest or experience with
    Generative AI / Agentic AI tools
    .
  • Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
