As a member of the lululemon Talent Activation team, the Sr Program Manager Talent Activation - Coaching & Mentorship - you will own the current & future-state strategies for enabling career development through our global coaching & mentorship programs.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for all things talent in a dynamic, fast-growing, and global business. This role will report into the Manager Talent Activation - Career Development and be part of a broader team of talent activation professionals supporting development and implementation of talent activation programs and initiatives.
The role has responsibility over the enterprise coaching and mentorship strategy, which includes owning and launching annual coaching and mentorship engagements and activities to develop both coaches and mentors, to provide a transformational development experience to those eligible for participation in both programs. A critical part of this role will involve partnering with other teams in the People & Culture business such as business partnering, learning partners, P&C digital, and various external vendors who support the back end of both programs. You will also partner closely with our Director, Executive Talent Management, on the senior leadership coaching and mentorship experiences, including the tracking and evaluation of those engagements.
core responsibilities
- Create, communicate, and own Talent Activation programs globally (such as the launching of both mentorship and coaching activities), driving and conducting needs analysis, creating and executing against talent plans/roadmaps, and reporting and audit of existing programs.
- Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Activation programs and processes to achieve strategic business initiatives. This includes setting the program strategy, communicating the vision, and managing all aspects of implementation.
- Drive program goals and provide program management support. This includes defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing protocols, documentation, education, and communications for project rollout and ongoing management.
- Support streamlined user experience of key people processes, including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution.
- Create process improvement mechanisms including automation on some of the existing processes/tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale.
- Identify and report out on appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of Talent Activation initiatives including the ability to dive deep and partner with People & Culture and other stakeholders to drive results.
qualifications
- Completed an ICF-accredited coaching program, hold an ACC or PCC credential, or are actively pursuing ICF certification.
- Experience in mentorship programs within or outside the organization, either acting as a mentee or mentor with successful results.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills, with strong attention to detail.
- HR Project Management experience (or equivalent) with experience in scoping, leading and delivering complex projects. The right candidate will have a track record of project management from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management, promotions, succession planning, and talent development.
- Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
