We're looking for a creative and dynamic professional to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that align with our organizational goals. You'll engage diverse audiences through interactive sessions on topics ranging from software applications to soft skills and onboarding. Using learner feedback and analytics, you'll continuously enhance program effectiveness to drive growth and performance.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and implement innovative learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

• Design and deliver engaging training programs across diverse audiences and topic areas, including software applications, soft skills, and onboarding.

• Facilitate training sessions, engaging learners with your expertise and enthusiasm.
• Support program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts, using learner feedback and analytics to optimize outcomes.

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a College Diploma with equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years experience delivering or supporting training, preferably within the IT or finance sectors.
• Familiarity with learning and productivity tools such as Adobe Captivate, Skilljar LMS, Leai, and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of Accounting/Finance principles and Information Technology solutions.
• Effective communication and consulting skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation preparation and delivery), including engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, fostering productive relationships and effective collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and embrace continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
