They are the official home of the Gears of War franchise, and their objective is to push the limits of Microsoft's entertainment platforms and devices. - Role Summary: As a Level Artist, you will partner with various teams to bring the artistic vision to life by producing high -quality level artwork. Your role is essential in creating visually stunning and playable levels within the game. 4. What are the key responsibilities? - Uphold the values of The Coalition Art Team and maintain a positive and inclusive culture. - Produce high -quality level artwork and stay updated with current industry trends. - Support the artistic vision and maintain visual quality, consistency, and level performance. - Collaborate with the Level Design Team to solve art/design challenges and create playable and performant levels. - Work closely with the Environment Art Team to communicate environment set requirements. 5. What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:    - Portfolio showcasing high -quality environment and level artwork. years of experience in environment/level art, with at least one shipped title.    - Strong time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.    - Proficiency in level creation methods using Unreal Engine or similar game engines.    - Strong working knowledge of Maya (preferred) or similar 3D modeling software, Substance, Photoshop, and Z -brush. - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:    - Experience with modular kits and Unreal Engine.    - Strong understanding of current level art creation workflows. 6.
