Retail Team Lead – Multi-Store Support

About the Role
Signalix Inc. is looking for a motivated Retail Team Lead to support operations and staff performance across our London region stores. Based primarily at one location, you will also provide rotational support at additional stores, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales performance, and a positive customer experience.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys guiding teams, taking initiative, and building a culture of excellence in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control
- Ensure merchandising, store presentation, and cleanliness meet company standards
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Support and coach team members, providing ongoing training and feedback
- Conduct staff reviews, assist with onboarding, and support recruitment when needed
- Communicate effectively through RQ by iQmetrix, Microsoft Teams, and email for reporting and scheduling
- Rotate between stores weekly to provide leadership support across the region
- Organize local sales initiatives, team meetings, and promotional events
- Identify operational challenges and introduce solutions to improve efficiency
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Store Manager in retail
- Knowledge of the wireless/telecom industry is an asset
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS and retail systems (RQ by iQmetrix preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage teams across multiple locations
- Valid driver's license preferred (for travel between stores)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Freedom Mobile : 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
