- Achieve and exceed sales goals while maximizing profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement creative sales initiatives and staff incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all cash handling and POS transactions.
Team Management & Development
- Work across both stores with at least two shifts per week on-site, rotating between teams for consistent support.
- Lead, train, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and provide coaching feedback.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires.
- Promote collaboration and alignment with company goals and policies.
Communication & Compliance
- Utilize RQ by iQmetrix for sales tracking, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams for daily coordination and use email for formal updates and follow-ups.
- Ensure consistent communication, accountability, and proper escalation processes.
- Identify and resolve operational issues such as reporting errors, process gaps, or presentation concerns.
Strategic Planning & Regional Support
- Lead weekly/monthly team meetings to review performance, set goals, and share company updates.
- Plan and execute local marketing events, promotions, and regional campaigns.
- Identify operational improvement areas and introduce innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with HR on staffing needs, assist in hiring and interviewing as required.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, scheduling standards, and financial controls.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Team Lead, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
- Background in the wireless telecommunications industry is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficient in POS systems and retail management software (e.g., RQ by iQmetrix).
- Skilled in inventory control, financial oversight, and multi-location coordination.
- Ability to manage priorities and lead teams effectively under pressure.
