We're Hiring: Personal Injury Law Clerk– Hamilton

Our busy plaintiff personal injury law firm in Hamilton is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Law Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional client service.

What the Role Looks Like

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, LAT applications, and related legal documents
  • Review, organize, and summarize medical records and accident benefit files
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters regarding accident benefit claims
  • Maintain and manage file organization and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in plaintiff personal injury law
  • Strong knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and LAT procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client care
