About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Team Member to join our crew. This is a hands on position where you will learn every part of the business, from making dough to serving guests, and be part of a small team that values quality, hustle, and heart. You will at times be running the store alone, this includes answering phone and taking orders, walk in orders, all while making, baking, and serving pies. Being able to multi task and work under pressure is a must.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and cook pizzas with precision and care

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

  • Handle orders through the POS system

  • Keep the kitchen and front area clean and organized

  • Assist with grocery runs and stock deliveries

  • Support daily prep tasks and follow recipes and SOPs

  • Contribute to a positive, team oriented workplace

  • A reliable person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (for occasional errands)

  • Previous kitchen or customer service experience is an asset but not required

  • Willingness to learn and grow, coachability is key

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy hours.
