Position Overview

As a Team Member, you'll play an essential role in delivering excellent service and high-quality food. You'll support daily operations, assist customers, prepare menu items, and help maintain a clean and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash/transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace (dining area, kitchen, prep stations, etc.)
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and food prep
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet service and quality goals
  • Manage store opening and closing operations

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
  • Good english speaking skills preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Previous food service or retail experience will be greatly appreciated but not mandatory
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
