What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues like the mechanical wizard you are
  • Reading schematics and tech diagrams like a pro to get to the root of problems fast
  • Performing routine maintenance and keeping vehicles rolling safely
  • Communicating with clients in a way that makes them feel informed and trust you, not Google
  • Teaming up with colleagues so the shop runs smoother than fresh 5W-30

What You Bring:

  • Certified 310s Technician with solid hands-on experience
  • Strong electrical diagnostic skills? We love that for you, and for us
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and with the team
  • Good communication skills — you don't need to be a poet, just friendly and clear
  • Respect for a tidy workspace — chaos belongs in wiring diagrams, not the shop floor
