What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs
  • Assist in catering events, providing excellent service and presentation
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a clean working environment
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food handling practices
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through exceptional service

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in culinary roles
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

Preferred qualifications

  • Dietary aide experience or background in dietary departments
  • Fine dining or restaurant experience showcasing your culinary creativity
  • Experience with meal preparation and catering services
  • Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices
