Propell is looking for an Aftersales Manager with direct experience in the Oil & Energy Manufacturing sector. Working closely with the Business Development Team to strengthen customer relationships, the Aftersales Service Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all service and support activities - both on site and in the field - across well stimulation, electric technology, completion and Power Generation equipment. This role is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving value for service through effective management of warranty claims, coordination of field service and equipment maintenance. The Aftersales Service Manager will focus on driving customer loyalty, minimizing equipment downtime and improving the overall customer experience, with a strong emphasis on responding to unplanned service demands and resolving aftersales concerns in real time. This position provides leadership and direction to the Service Supervisor, ensuring alignment of field activities with overall service objectives.
Role Overview:
Customer Support & Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for all post-sales support and customer service needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through professional, timely communication.
- Resolve escalated service and technical concerns quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to provide feedback and enhance products and services.
Warranty & Claims Management
- Oversee the warranty claims process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and identify trends for improvement.
Maintenance, Repair & Service
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance and repair activities post-sale.
- Implement proactive solutions to reduce downtime and improve service delivery.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for timely repairs.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop technicians and support staff.
- Monitor key metrics (response times, resolution rates, service quality) and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
Education & Qualifications
- Trades Certificate or Engineering Technology Diploma (Bachelor's in Business or related field is an asset).
Experience
- 5+ years in aftersales, service management, or technical operations within oilfield, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven experience managing warranty claims, maintenance, and customer support operations.
- Strong background in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Familiarity with inventory and parts management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; available for domestic and international travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
