We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead service operations across our well stimulation, completions, Power Generation and electric technology product lines. This role is key to strengthening customer relationships, overseeing field service activity and ensuring our equipment continues to perform at the highest level. What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact for all post‑sales support and service needs Build strong customer relationships through timely communication and issue resolution Manage and oversee warranty claims, service requests and aftersales escalations Coordinate maintenance, repair and field service activities to minimize downtime Oversee spare parts inventory to support timely repairs Lead and mentor service technicians and the Service Supervisor Monitor key service metrics and drive continuous improvement across service operations Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to improve equipment and customer experience What You Bring Trades Certificate or Engineering Technology Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is an asset) 5+ years’ experience in aftersales, service management or technical operations in oilfield, heavy machinery or industrial equipment Strong background in warranty management, customer support and relationship building Experience with inventory and parts systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally Why Join Propell?
