About You

You're a team player who values honesty, teamwork, and
genuine connection with customers. At Huntsville Honda, our Sales
Consultants enjoy a salary plus volume incentive bonus —
offering stability and the opportunity to thrive. You currently live in
Huntsville or can arrange accommodation within a commutable distance. 

You'll help create a transparent, hassle-free car
buying experience while working alongside a supportive, driven team. With

What You'll Do

• Deliver
  an exceptional customer experience, every time.
• Learn
  and maintain strong product knowledge on Honda vehicles and programs.
• Generate
  leads, prospect and book appointments for potential customers.
• Understand
  customers' needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
• Build
  trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Stay
  organized, proactive, and accountable in your day-to-day work.
• Attend
  training and development sessions to keep your skills sharp.
• Follow
  up with customers and ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process.
• Uphold
  OMVIC regulations and company policies with professionalism.

What You Bring

• High
  School Diploma or GED (required).
• Automotive
  sales experience (preferred).
• OMVIC
  Certification (must be completed within 2 weeks of hiring).
• Valid
  Ontario Class "G" driver's license and clean abstract.
• Strong
  computer skills.
• Excellent
  communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Positive
  attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility
  to work evenings and Saturdays

Job Type:  Full-time, permanent

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ per year. This range will
be based on knowledge, experience and commission earnings.
