The Opportunity

The CEO will take a scientifically world-leading company and scale it into a global commercial enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of 
science, innovation, food, health, and commercial leadership

Key Mandate

  • Lead corporate growth across agriculture, health-oriented foods, and medical gene-editing applications
  • Drive commercialization, licensing, partnerships, and international expansion
  • Strengthen financial strategy, capital raising, and investor engagement
  • Build a high-performance commercial and scientific organization
  • Serve as the public and investor-facing voice of the company

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Senior leadership experience in biotechnology, agri-tech, life sciences, food innovation, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to commercialize advanced technologies and scale scientific ventures
  • Strong financial acumen and capital markets exposure
  • Experience working with scientific founders and global corporate partners
  • International mindset and excellent communication skills
