Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the organization, focusing on advancing its mission and ensuring sustainable growth. Responsibilities include leading financial planning, business operations, and strategic initiatives, driving organizational goals, and engaging with stakeholders. While the role is based in Toronto, ON, some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management to manage resources effectively and ensure organizational efficiency
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and implement sustainable organizational strategies
  • Experience in Sales and stakeholder engagement to drive growth and build partnerships
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Experience in the non-profit, missionary, or faith-based sector is an asset
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
