The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Associate Insurance Advisor I to support the growth and service of our personal lines products, including auto and home insurance. In this role, you will help clients find the best coverage to suit their needs while contributing to agency success.

How You Will Create Impact:

  • Provide sales and service support for personal insurance products (auto and home).
  • Recommend tailored coverage options based on client needs.
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to deepen client relationships.
  • Conduct front-line risk assessments and determine inspection needs.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalate as appropriate.
  • Meet individual goals related to client service, sales, and productivity.
  • Assist in building long-term multi-product client relationships.

To Join Our Team, You Will Need:

  • A General Insurance License – Level 1 (or currently working toward it).
  • To meet all provincial licensing and continuing education requirements.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of auto and property insurance products and basic sales techniques (an asset).

Additional Requirements:

  • Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding client financial and personal information.
  • A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance may be required.
  • Flexibility to work at two separate office locations as needed.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record and Consumer History check is mandatory.
  • This is a fully in-office position; no remote work option is available.
