We're looking for an experienced Level 2 broker to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable handling both Commercial and Personal Lines accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and personal lines clients
  • Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Process renewals, endorsements, and new business accurately and efficiently
  • Support client retention through proactive service and relationship management
  • Collaborate with teammates and insurers to resolve complex situations
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within EPIC

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of insurance experience
  • At least 2 years in Commercial Lines
  • General Insurance Level 2 License (required)
  • EPIC proficiency (required)
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • CAIB or CIP designation (or working toward one) is an asset

Compensation:

Competitive base salary + commission structure, commensurate with experience.
