Skills and Responsibilities:

  • The Environment Release Management Lead will be the single point of contact responsible for defining and implementing the environment strategy across Insurance Solutions.
  • This role ensures all technology platforms required for delivering projects, enhancements, and production support are aligned and ready for 2026 initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide Environment Strategy for Insurance Solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate environment provisioning, refreshes, and maintenance across multiple platforms.
  • Define and enforce release management processes, including scheduling, approvals, and deployment governance.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure environment readiness for projects and production support.
  • Identify gaps and risks in current environment setup and propose remediation plans.
  • Maintain documentation for environment architecture, release calendars, and compliance standards.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all environment and release-related activities.
