About the Role

We're hiring a Tournament Field Representative to attend volleyball tournaments across Ontario on weekends and represent Tavo — an AI-powered platform that turns match footage into instant stats, highlights, and performance insights. You'll be courtside capturing game footage, connecting with coaches/parents, and guiding teams on how to upload their matches into Tavo after the event.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Attend volleyball tournaments (mainly weekends) as an official Tavo representative
  • Record match footage for select teams using phone or camera equipment
  • Approach teams and introduce Tavo, helping them upload their matches after the event
  • Collect coach / team contact info and hand off warm leads to our internal team
  • Act as a friendly on-site ambassador — answering questions, building trust, and showing value
  • Share realtime feedback from events to improve how we launch Tavo across Ontario

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $17.75-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
