Job Description
  • TSSA 2nd Class Stationary Engineer license
  • Able to manage and ensure that all 3rd class Stationary Engineers safely operate 2 Fire tube boilers - 350 HP high pressure natural gas fired steam boilers.
  • Able to Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the maintain chillers (R-134a), air dryer unit, air compressors, pumps, condenser, heat exchangers, evaporators, valves, and other plant facilities.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and up keep of the boilers and chillers.
  • Completes plant rounds, ensure water treatment test of boilers and chillers are being carried out.
  • Trace and solve pneumatic, mechanical, and steam-related problems.
  • Oversee daily safety tests for boilers.
  • Review records of boiler operations and water testing details in logbook.
  • Respond to emergency alarms of boilers, chillers, compressors and other equipment's and takes corrective actions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep the physical plant in good working condition.
  • Performs duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Plant Manager.
