Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Serve food to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Handle food items safely, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
  • Participate in training sessions on food safety, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
