Graphic Design / Multimedia DesignerVolunteer Success - U+ Toastmasters Youth Volunteer Connects ProgramSummary U+ Toastmasters' Youth Volunteer Connects Program is funded by Canada Service Corps, a national movement that empowers youth aged 12-30 to gain experience and build important skills while giving back to their community.About the RoleWhat you’ll be doingCreate visually engaging designs and multimedia content for digital, print, and social media platforms.Develop graphics, layouts, presentations, and marketing materials that align with organizational branding and messaging.Collaborate with staff, marketing, and program teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.Maintain consistency in visual identity across all communications and promotional materials.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to produce innovative and relevant content.Assist in producing multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive materials for programs and campaigns.Manage design projects from concept to final production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Prepare and optimize files for print, web, and social media distribution, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.Who We’re Looking ForAge between 12-30A positive attitude and willingness to learnCommitment to completing basic trainingFluency in EnglishSuccessful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if you’re over 18)Bonus SkillsPrevious experienceFluency or high proficiency in another language besides EnglishWhether you meet these requirements or not, we encourage you to share your interest in us.
