Social Media Manager / Content Creator (Contract – In-Person, Mississauga)

We're looking for a hands-on, creative Social Media Manager who can film, edit, and manage content across multiple platforms.

This is a contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and loves bringing ideas to life through video and visuals.

What You'll Do:

  • Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Plan and schedule content across multiple brands (fitness, design, apparel, hospitality)
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and day-to-day studio moments
  • Write captions and manage posting schedules
  • Track analytics and engagement performance
  • Work closely with the founder to develop creative strategies and content calendars

Who You Are:

  • Skilled in filming, editing, and storytelling for social media
  • Proficient with editing tools.
  • Familiar with scheduling platforms (Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
  • Creative, fast, and adaptable — comfortable working in a studio and on-site
  • Understands brand tone, aesthetics, and audience engagement
  • Must be available for in-person work in Mississauga

Type: Contract (3–6 months, with potential to renew)
