Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated ENGLISH SPEAKING individuals to act as appointment setters/sales representatives through prospecting companies in the United States.
Agents will prospect by emailing and cold calling in order to set appointments and book meetings with Small and Medium Enterprises. This role is salary based plus additional commissions through monthly residuals on deals closed.
This structure offers a strong earning potential for the right candidate and agents can easily double their salaries through commissions earned with proven commitment and sales achieved.
Role Description:
The cold caller will focus on reaching out to qualified leads, engaging prospects, and scheduling meetings with our sales team. Upon demonstrating readiness and expertise, the role can expand to include closing deals directly with clients.

- Proven lead generation strategies and methods.
- Ongoing guidance and support.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in cold calling or sales is mandatory
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work autonomously and self motivated
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
