Nous recherchons un représentant commercial motivé et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Fonctions:
Développer et entretenir des relations avec les clients, nouveaux et existants, grâce à des campagnes de vente externes.
Utiliser Salesforce pour suivre les activités commerciales, gérer les comptes et analyser les données clients afin de prendre des décisions stratégiques.
Identifier les opportunités de développement commercial en étudiant les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients.
Organiser des présentations et des démonstrations de produits pour présenter efficacement nos offres.
Négocier les contrats et conclure des affaires tout en garantissant la satisfaction client tout au long du processus de vente.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer une prestation de service fluide et répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients.
Offrir un service client exceptionnel en comprenant les besoins des clients et en proposant des solutions sur mesure.
Expérience:
Une expérience avérée en vente de technologies ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
Une connaissance de Salesforce ou d'un logiciel CRM similaire est fortement souhaitée.
Une solide expérience en vente externe et en gestion de comptes, démontrant une capacité à établir des relations clients durables.
Une excellente capacité de négociation et un historique de conclusion de contrats réussis.
Une capacité à analyser les données et les tendances du marché pour élaborer efficacement des stratégies de vente.
De solides compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, axées sur l'engagement client.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and exceptional customer service. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze customer data for strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for business development by researching market trends and customer needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong background in outside sales and account management, demonstrating the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
