Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and fashion forward Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to provide the best experience to customers. A Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, diving into their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, while effectively upselling additional items.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions/newsletters to customers clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and store sales targets/KPIs.
  • Stay informed about new trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and styling tips.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail/sales is strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in upselling and cash handling are essential.
  • Proficient with POS systems and basic retail sales knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with any kind of customer.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Most importantly, an excited, optimistic attitude
