Lower Mainland BC, Canada Novawest Renovations Limited Full time $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Novawest Renovations is seeking a Skilled Labourer or Carpenter Helper with experience in

residential renovations. You'll be expected to handle tasks with minimal supervision, work

alongside trades, and contribute to the finishing and carpentry elements of our projects.

Responsibilities:

 Assist with framing, drywall, and demolition

 Perform basic carpentry and trim installation (baseboards, casing, doors)

 Prep and install drywall, tape, mud, and sand

 Paint surfaces with attention to quality and finish

 Support site supervisors in organizing daily site activities

 Communicate with trades, coworkers, and supervisors professionally

 Work independently on assigned tasks

 Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site

 Take initiative and be solution-oriented

Qualifications:

 1+ years experience in construction or residential renovations

 Comfortable using hand and power tools

 Knowledge of basic carpentry and finishing techniques

 Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials

 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

 Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

 WHMIS or First Aid certification is an asset
