White Rock Handyman & Renovations is a locally owned and operated renovation company based in White Rock, BC, with over 37 years of experience in residential construction. We specialize in bathroom and small home renovations throughout White Rock, Surrey, Langley, and South Delta. We're looking for a reliable, skilled Renovation Carpenter / Bathroom Renovation Technician to join our team. The right candidate will take pride in high-quality work, be dependable, and able to handle a variety of renovation tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Perform demolition and site preparation for bathroom and small renovation projects
  • Frame new walls, repair structures, and complete drywall and finishing work
  • Install vanities, mirrors, doors, trim, flooring, and hardware
  • Assist with light plumbing and electrical tasks (fixtures, fans, outlets)
  • Perform prep and painting to a professional standard
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of renovation or carpentry experience (bathroom experience preferred)
  • Proficient with framing, drywall, finishing, and general renovation skills
  • Knowledge of light plumbing and electrical is an asset
  • Must own basic hand and power tools (drill/driver, saws, level, etc.)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites in the White Rock / Surrey / Langley area
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work full days as needed
  • Good English communication and client interaction skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
