We're seeking experienced residential cleaners who take pride in their work and want the flexibility of independent contracting — without the hassle of running their own business.

Requirements

To qualify, you must meet all of the following:

  • Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience (hotel, janitorial, or commercial experience not accepted)
  • Must be willing to work as an independent contractor
  • Have your own cleaning equipment and products
  • Have your own vehicle for travel between job sites
  • Smartphone with data (for using the booking app and updates)
  • Must have or be willing to obtain general liability business insurance

Responsibilities

  • Perform standard, deep, move-in/out, and Airbnb cleans
  • Deliver consistently high-quality cleaning results — not just the bare minimum
  • Engage positively with clients and uphold strong customer satisfaction
  • Follow cleaning checklists and uphold Lumen Cleaning's professional standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
