Nous recherchons un·e Directeur·trice FP&A qui agira comme véritable partenaire stratégique du département de finance et comptabilité. Au cœur d'une entreprise du secteur alimentaire, en croissance et en mouvement, vous agirez comme partenaire stratégique pour supporter l'équipe, soutenir la prise de décision et optimiser la performance organisationnelle.

  • Lieu : siège social situé à Laval
  • Poste permanent à temps complet 35h/semaine
  • Banque de congés personnels

Principales responsabilités

Structure de prix et performance commerciale

  • Développer et maintenir les structures de prix de vente;
  • Diriger les révisions annuelles de prix et analyser les impacts sur la rentabilité;
  • Produire des analyses liées aux prix, promotions, volumes et mix.

Déductions clients & programmes commerciaux

  • Superviser les analystes responsables des déductions et des processus connexes;
  • Assurer la conformité et l'efficacité des programmes commerciaux;
  • Réduire les pertes attribuables aux déductions non conformes.

Marge standard & performance produits

  • Collaborer avec les opérations pour évaluer la rentabilité des innovations et des changements produits;
  • Analyser les écarts prix/mix/volume et formuler des recommandations.

Planification financière & analyse des résultats

  • Diriger le processus budgétaire et les prévisions liées aux ventes et marges;
  • Produire les analyses mensuelles et trimestrielles (ventes brutes, nettes, marge);
  • Contribuer aux divulgations financières et à la préparation de rapports (MD&A, Q&A).

Tableaux de bord & optimisation des processus

  • Développer et maintenir des outils d'analyse performants (Excel, Power BI);
  • Améliorer l'intégrité des données et optimiser les processus financiers.

Collaboration stratégique

  • Conseiller les équipes des ventes, du marketing et des opérations;
  • Participer à la planification des lancements et des initiatives commerciales;
  • Contribuer à l'intégration financière lors d'acquisitions.

Leadership & gestion

  • Gestion directe d'une équipe d'analystes et de l'équipe;
  • Développement des compétences, optimisation des processus et renforcement du département finance et comptabilité.

Profil recherché

  • Titre CPA obligatoire;
  • 5+ années d'expérience en analyse financière commerciale, idéalement dans le détail ou l'industrie alimentaire;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication, sens analytique développé et grande rigueur;
  • Bilinguisme requis (français/anglais);
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel;
  • Connaissance de SAP B1, JDE ou Power BI (atout majeur).
