Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and websites. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with an emphasis on creating seamless user experiences and robust system architecture. The Web Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs and enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and
  • Build and maintain server-side components utilizing frameworks like Spring Framework, Django, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, and
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate data exchange between systems.
  • Manage database integration with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, and other data storage solutions.
  • Optimize application performance through code refinement, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture improvements.
  • Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or AWS for deployment.
  • Implement security best practices including data encryption, authentication protocols, and vulnerability mitigation.
  • Collaborate using project management tools like Jira and Trello to track progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Maintain version control with GitHub or SVN repositories; participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies such as GraphQL, Webpack, DevOps practices, and UI/UX design principles to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-stack web development with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), JavaScript (including jQuery), TypeScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular, React (including Redux), or similar UI libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with back-end frameworks including Spring Framework (Java), Django (Python), Ruby on Rails (Ruby), or ASP.NET (.NET).
  • Familiarity with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB; understanding of data visualization techniques is a plus.
  • Experience working with APIs (RESTful & SOAP), web services integration, and third-party platform integrations such as WordPress or Drupal CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines; experience deploying on AWS or Azure cloud environments is preferred.
  • Understanding of system architecture principles including MVC design pattern and OOP concepts.
  • Ability to work within Agile methodologies; familiarity with SDLC processes is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong communication abilities; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
