Follow Up Boss CRM & Automation Consultant (Project-Based Contract)

Overview

I'm an established Toronto real estate agent with 8+ years of experience. I'm looking for a Follow Up Boss (FUB) expert to fully set up, organize, and automate my CRM so that no lead ever slips through the cracks.

This is a short-term project (approx. 20–40 hours total) with the goal of creating a bulletproof follow-up system — including customized drip campaigns, automations, smart lists, and data cleanup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit current CRM setup and lead sources (migrating from Mojo to Follow Up Boss).
  • Organize and tag existing database (leads, past clients, prospects, sphere).
  • Build and implement automations and action plans for:
  • New leads (text/email auto-responses, task reminders)
  • Nurtures by stage (hot, warm, cold)
  • Past clients and long-term drips
  • Create Smart Lists for daily, monthly, and quarterly follow-ups.
  • Write and integrate email/text drip campaigns that sound natural and relationship-focused.
  • Set up triggers to integrate with Constant Contact and/or other marketing tools.
  • Provide short training and documentation (SOPs + screen recording) for ongoing use.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building automations and workflows specifically in Follow Up Boss.
  • Deep understanding of real estate lead funnels (new → nurture → client → past client).
  • Ability to write or customize effective, conversational follow-up messages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation habits.
  • Availability for short-term project (approx. 2–3 weeks).
