Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a passion for cleanliness, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to ensure a pristine appearance.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve clarity and shine.
  • Apply protective coatings as needed to maintain vehicle surfaces.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that need attention and report them accordingly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided.

Skills

  • Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure every vehicle meets quality standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills, capable of communicating effectively with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive care products and detailing techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
