Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during patient procedures and providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Take and develop dental x-rays
Provide post-operative instructions to patients
Maintain accurate patient records
Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
Perform dental receptionist duties as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
X-ray certification
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Proficiency in Maxident or similar dental software would be an asset
Experience with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.82-$35.85 per hour
