Role Description

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the grooming salon to ensure the highest quality of service. Key responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling appointments, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service to pet owners. The Manager will also assist in hiring and training team members and contribute to building a positive and professional work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Brunswick, Canada.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in grooming-related skills, including Cosmetology and Hair Care
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with both staff and clients
• Experience in Hiring and training employees to support salon growth and maintain quality standards
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently
• Familiarity with salon safety and sanitation standards is an advantage
• Experience with pet grooming is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pet grooming or management are a plus
