Customer Success Manager

We're hiring a Client Success Manager at Mindflowed Studios.
Not looking for someone who needs their hand held. Looking for someone who figures things out, takes ownership, and makes clients successful.
What we do:
We're a marketing agency that only works with automotive customization shops (tint, PPF, ceramic coating, wraps). That's our entire focus.
We run Meta ads, build AI automation systems, and create content strategies that get shops from inconsistent $20k months to predictable $50k months.
The role:
You'll own 8-12 client accounts. Your job is to make sure they succeed.
What that looks like:
- Weekly client check-ins (calls + async updates)
- Monitor campaign performance (CPL, booking rates, revenue)
- Troubleshoot problems before clients complain
- Analyze Meta ads data, recommend optimizations
- Train clients on automation workflows and content systems
- Work with our ad team to implement changes
- Retain clients by ensuring they hit their goals
This isn't a "forward tickets to someone else" role. You own the outcome.
What we're looking for:
Non-negotiables:
- Resourceful problem-solver (you Google and use the resources you're provided first, ask second)
- Autonomous (you see problems and fix them proactively)
- Strong communicator (can explain marketing to non-marketers)
- Data-driven (comfortable in Meta Ads Manager)
- High ownership (if client fails, you take it personally)
Experience:
- 2-4 years in client success, account management, or digital marketing
- Meta Ads experience highly preferred
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Comfortable with automation tools and AI workflows
You're NOT a fit if:
- You need step-by-step instructions for every task
- You avoid difficult conversations
- You think client success = agreeing with everything clients say
- You can't juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
Base: $50k-$70k
Performance bonuses: retention, upsells, client success metrics
Fully remote. Must overlap EST 9 AM - 5 PM for client calls.
