Job Title: Software Engineer – Commercial Credit Cards 
Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite/Hybrid)
 
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional with strong experience in Commercial Credit Cards to support our financial products team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in commercial card programs, card operations, and credit risk processes, along with a deep understanding of industry regulations and client needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support end-to-end commercial credit card programs, including onboarding, credit assessments, and account maintenance.
  • Work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to improve card offerings, workflows, and customer experience.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to drive usage and reduce risk.
  • Ensure compliance with card network rules, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for commercial card processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with Commercial Credit Cards (corporate cards, purchasing cards, virtual cards, or commercial card programs).
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, credit risk evaluation, and card operations.
  • Familiarity with card networks (Visa, Mastercard) and commercial payment flows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
