Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative in Oshawa, ON. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicle, demonstrating vehicle features, negotiating prices, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing customer follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain vehicle features and benefits to customers
  • Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is beneficial
