Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progression of building activities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

  • Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas
  • Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and equipment as needed
  • Help with demolition, excavation, and foundation work under supervision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
  • Operate basic hand tools and assist with equipment setup and breakdown
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
  • Adhere to project timelines and communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines

Experience

  • Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all necessary skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to various job sites as needed
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the construction field
