This is not a passive retail job — we're a high-vibe space run professionally. We value integrity, accountability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, elevated guest experience and guide clients through crystal + wellness purchases
  • Drive sales through confident recommendations, upselling/cross-selling, and strong product knowledge
  • Build repeat clients and community through genuine connection
  • Promote Ethereal through your personal social media (stories/posts/reels); comfortable being on camera
  • Maintain daily cleanliness + organization (non-negotiable)
  • Receive shipments, restock, support inventory counts, and keep backstock organized
  • Package products beautifully and fulfill online orders responsibly

Requirements

  • Retail/sales experience preferred (confidence + drive matter most)
  • Comfortable working toward sales goals and taking initiative
  • Cleaning, organization, and high standards are a MUST
  • Able to lift heavy boxes/heavy crystals and stand for long periods
  • Inventory/stock experience is a strong asset
  • Must be comfortable with personal social media promotion
  • Weekend/evening availability preferred
  • Must show up clean, polished, and professional; align with Ethereal uniform + brand colour guidelines

Bonus (Highly Valued)

  • Spiritual/energetic certifications are a plus (Reiki, Breathwork, Yoga, Sound Healing, etc.)
  • We love collaborating and supporting the growth of our team's personal gifts alongside the brand

  • Consistently hitting sales goals and building repeat clients
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised store
  • Handling inventory + online fulfillment responsibly without reminders
  • Representing Ethereal with confidence, care, and consistency
