Saberton Denture & Implant is a growing company with a supportive, friendly environment. We proudly serve communities across Southern Ontario through our eight conveniently located clinics in Hamilton, Brantford, Burlington, Mississauga, St. Catharines, and Niagara Falls.

We are currently hiring for a Clinic Administrator to assist in supporting our team as a "floater" primarily between our Mississauga, Brantford, Burlington and Hamilton locations and infrequently supporting our other locations.

If you enjoy variety and travel between locations, we have a position that may be right for you. This role is full-time and offers a unique opportunity to join a compassionate, team-oriented organization dedicated to accessible denture and implant care.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet patients and manage front desk activities
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Maintain and clean operatories
  • Assist in denture consultations and review treatment plans
  • Submit and file insurance claims
  • Collect payments and manage daily transactions

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, adaptable professionals who enjoy helping people
  • Organized and detail-oriented individuals
  • Tech-savvy and confident communicators (phone and in person)
  • Team players who can also work independently
  • Comfortable in changing environments (for multi-location roles)
  • Prior healthcare or customer service experience is an asset
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for multi-location support positions
