About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in managing their own workload, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering reliable, high-quality service.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining irrigation systems across an established customer portfolio, working independently while representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the service portfolio.
  • Service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain irrigation systems to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
  • Plan, organise and manage daily workloads effectively.
  • Accurately complete job notes, service reports and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Ensure all work is completed with strong attention to detail and within scheduled timeframes.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Irrigation Service Technician role.
  • CIT Level One and Level Two certifications (required).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy in note-taking and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work confidently and efficiently independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated work ethic.

  • Experience managing a regular service schedule or customer base.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing workloads.
  • Pride in workmanship and professional presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
