Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated Water Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should take pride in delivering a high-quality work on every project. We're seeking someone who works well both independently and a team player. Should possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to craftsmanship are essentials to succeed in this role.

Duties

  • Water extraction

  • Set up drying equipment

  • Moisture mapping

  • Assess water damage

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year Water Technician experience

  • Greater Victoria resident preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

  • Driver's license is required

  • Basic construction, demolition and repair skills

  • Willing to do rotating on-call schedule 24/7 after hours

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Position: Full-time

Wage: $24 - $32 per hour

Benefits: Comprehensive plan including Extended Health, Dental and Vision and LTD (available after 3- month probationary period).

Additional Pay: Overtime and bonuses

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
