Work location: Boucherville office (Onsite)

3 Months Contract: Full time, Monday-Friday : 7AM to 3:30PM (40 hours/week) 

Start Date: January 5th 2026

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Training Department on a 3-month temporary contract. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and accurate data management to support our training programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain training records in internal systems.
  • Assist with document preparation, including training materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage training schedules, registrations, and confirmations for participants.
  • Provide general administrative support to the training team (filing, scanning, correspondence).
  • Monitor and update databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding training sessions and documentation.
  • Support logistics for training events (room bookings, catering coordination, materials distribution).

Qualifications

  •  High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration is an asset.
  • Experience of 1–2 years in administrative support or data entry roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Language: French and English required.
